Grubbs return is crucial against the Steelers defense

Either the Ravens are trying to withhold information from the Pittsburgh Steelers or they could actually be getting guard Ben Grubbs back for week nine.  Hopefully it’s the latter.

Grubbs is reportedly a game-time decision according to offensive coordinator Cam Cameron.  He has been sidelined since a toe injury since the last time the Ravens faced the Steelers, in week one on September 11.

It’s easy to joke about a toe injury, but for offensive lineman they can play a crucial part in their success on the field.  Turf toe essentially ended Jonathan Ogden’s career.

The Ravens offensive line could certainly use Grubbs back at guard.  Joe Flacco has taken a beating without him as he has been sacked 15 times over the past seven weeks.
