John Harbaugh confirmed on Thursday that Ravens rookie defensive end Brent Urban tore his right ACL and will miss the 2014 season. Urban was Baltimore’s fourth round draft pick.

Urban’s loss hurts as he could have provided some needed depth on the defensive line, especially at the five-technique. In addition, any special teams value he could have added is now gone. The Ravens do still have plenty of bodies on the defensive line that will be able to contribute this year.
