The hits just keep on coming for the Baltimore Ravens. Linebacker Terrell Suggs suffered a torn right biceps during Sunday’s game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. John Harbaugh told reporters on Monday that the team doesn’t know the extent of the injury.

When asked if Suggs could play this week against the Washington Redskins, Suggs gave the friendly, definitive,”We’ll see, maybe. Maybe not” answer.

As Aaron Wilson of the Baltimore Sun points out, players have played through torn biceps. Dolphins linebacker Karlos Dansby is doing so right now. But keep in mind, Suggs is still fresh off an offseason Achilles injury he suffered while Balling So Hard this offseason.

Harbaugh seemed to think the injury wasn’t long-term, but Suggs is currently seeking a second opinion on the injury.

Typically that means the player didn’t like the answer the first doctor gave.
