I don’t see it happening.
In an appearance on 105.7 The Fan this afternoon, Aaron Wilson of the Carroll County Times says he doesn’t think a deal will be reached by the Monday deadline either.
So what are the Ravens plans for Rice?
“There’s a reason the team moved up in the third round to select Bernard Pierce,” Tony Lombardi of Ravens24x7.com writes. “The bet here is that the Ravens will use the tag on Rice not once but twice and then unfortunately say goodbye.”
It would be unfortunate to see Rice go, but even more unfortunate to lock him up to a Chris Johnson-like deal and watch him under perform.
The Ravens will sign Rice, if they do not, I will buy you lunch. If they do, you owe me lunch.
It will get done,,,,,,,,,,,Ray is dumb , but not that dumb,,,,,,,,,,he knows he needs some security at the running back spot,,,,,,,,,,,,at least I don’t think he is that dumb , he may be related to Chowman………..
When are we having lunch, Zach?
Spy called this one again. I am amazed Spy is some kind of Mystery Man….
It’s no mystery man , I’m just plain good………..just like you……………
