Now batting for the Orioles, second baseman, number 11 Roberto Andino.

Monday night in Arlington, the Texas Rangers renamed Robert Andino. According to a picture snapped by BSR contributor Avi Miller, Roberto Andino batted second for the Baltimore Orioles in game one.

As a former graphics operator (and current blogger), I feel the pain of anyone making a typo in front of a live audience. But this just seems like a flat out mistake.

Next time the Rangers should just play it safe and call him “Bob”. That’s what we do here in Baltimore.
