Robert Andino was pissed about getting drilled in the head by Mark Melancon on Friday. Who wouldn’t be?
“At this level, man, I think [you should] have command of your pitches,” Andino told MASNSports.com’s Roch Kubatko on Saturday.
We examined the facts about Andino’s headshot and decided it was inconclusive. But I definitely understand where Andino, the man who ended Boston’s 2011 season, is coming from.
“If that’s the case, that’s [bull],” Andino said. “How I see it. But whatever.”
Bull indeed. Hopefully Bob is back in the lineup today and can help the Orioles sweep the Red Sox.
